Postage and Returns

Your package Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail. If you prefer next day delivery by Royal Mail it will cost you extra and a signature is required. Whichever postage choice you make, we will ensure your package is sent securely and will arrive safely with you. 

Postage fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

UK Inland Delivery

UK Delivery Normally takes 2-3 days but please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive. All items are sent first class via Royal Mail. Any issues you have please contact us and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. 

International Shipping.

We provide shipping worldwide, and normally takes 5-7 days to arrive anywhere in the world. We advise you order with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely with you without getting lost. 

Returns

Please understand we do not accept returns simply because you are not happy with your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions of all our products. Please check your size information before purchasing and make sure you have selected the correct size. A size guide has been put together so you can double check before ordering. 

If your item arrives damaged or for example on the rare occassion the wrong colour is sent we will happily exchange or refund you where appropriate.
